We are so excited to announce that our next Beaverkill Valley Inn retreat will be focused on empowering women to reignite that spark in their life essential for creating a life of ease, freedom and inspiration. 

This weekend is designed specifically for you to remember what you have forgotten. To remember what you once took for granted as a child. The lightness. The joy. The everyday discoveries. The everyday magic 

We invite you to take this journey with us to bring real magic back into your body, your career, your relationships -- your LIFE.


The Unlock the Magic Within Retreat is a small (18 women) gathering with a more informal agenda designed for deep conversation, restorative self-inquiry and plenty of connection and laughter. 

Rather than using a linear agenda driven approach, we will host a more organic, personal coaching experience with lots of time for indvidual questions. 

Some of the topics we will explore will be:

How to feel calm in your core through life even in the midst of a  storm

How to be the real you again without abandoning your life

The power of intention and how to manifest your true desires

Letting go of image management and the power of authenticity 

Cultivating intuition and connecting with your Higher Self 

Releasing emotions that drain you and hinder your relationships

The mind body connection as a new paradigm for optimal health

Self care practices that heal and restore energy and aliveness

Creating a kind and loving relationship with your body 

Self sabotaging behaviors that keep you from what you truly desire

 

Rediscover Yourself in a Magical Setting

Situated on sixty acres in the Catskill Mountains, the Beaverkill Inn is a lovingly restored historic country Inn with personally appointed rooms, rustically elegant common spaces offering a rejuvenating adventure in the beauty of nature.  Your stay includes access to miles of hiking trails along peaceful meadows and streams, outdoor tennis courts and an indoor heated pool.  All meals are included and are farm to table, locally grown and sourced by the Inn's in-house gourmet chef.

You are invited to arrive on Friday for delicious buffet style lunch served from 12:30pm-2p.  

Friday Afternoon:  2:30pm-5pm 
Saturday:  10am-5pm
Saturday Evening: 7pm-9pm
Sunday: 10am-5pm

Our  intention for this retreat is to support you to access your authentic Self and unlock the wisdom within so that you can feel more peace and create the Life that you desire . Questions always come up about events like this, and we want to save you some time by providing you with answers to some of the questions that we see a lot. Don’t hestitate to reach out with further questions.

  • Who Should Attend?
    If you are a woman already on the personal development path who is ready to take self discovery and self care to an even deeper more soulful level, we invite you to join.  To secure your spot, please book early.  Spaces are limited.  We expect a full house again and once the Inn is full, we cannot squeeze anyone else in.                                           
  • How Do I Sign Up?                                                Simply click on the Register buttons above and pay the $525 Workshop Fee in full.  Past participants shared that although they initially had some fears about paying the entire retreat fee up front, making the financial commitment bolstered their determination not to let anything get in the way of this commitment to their own self care.   Next, call the Beaverkill Valley Inn directly to arrange your lodging.                                                                                  
  • What Should I Bring?                                   Comfortable casual clothes are a must.  That could mean yoga or workout clothing, cargo pants or loose fitting slacks, comfy pullovers, long sleeve T's. Packing layers is recommended to ensure comfort inside and outside.  Bring your favorite slip on shoes, slipper socks or sneakers.  A winter jacket, hat and gloves will keep you warm for nature hikes during the day and at our bonfire at night.  Don't forget your workout clothes or bathing suit if you would like to use the gym or indoor pool.  Also, feel free to bring your favorite water bottle and you will be able to refill as needed. 
  • How Do I Arrange Accomodations?            Please contact the Beaverkill Valley Inn directly to secure and pay for your lodging.  The Inn has a selection of single and double rooms at a special discounted rate just for us.  Please make your request when you contact the Inn and let them know you are attending.  If you are booking for yourself and request to share a double, you will be paired up with another retreat participant as it fills up. 
  • Do I need prior experience with yoga or meditation?                                       Experience is a plus but not a requirement. If you have your own yoga mat, please feel free to bring it along. Simply come with an open heart and an open mind.  
  • What is the Refund Policy?                        The workshop fee is nonrefundable so please be ready to make this commitment to yourself. The fee is transferable, however, so if for some reason you choose not to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else of your choosing. Should you do this, please be sure to let us know so that we update our list of participants accordingly.
  • What if I Have Special Dietary Needs?  The chef is super sensitive and accomodating.  All meals will include vegetarian and gluten free options.  Just let the Inn know when you register.
